Hello,
We have this problem on another BE2014 server that is keeping the jobs from running without intervention. For the past few days, the Backup Exec server service has been crashing with the error:
The Backup Exec Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3 time(s).
These are the timestamps from the system logs.

From the application logs, each Error in System log is preceded by an Event 1001. On all three instances, the event 1001 is either of these 2. Both seem to point to a SystemOutofMemoryException of System.web or Mscorlib. I am not sure why this is happening since this is just a standalone BE Server on a Windows Server 2012 Standard with 16GB of RAM.
