Error 0xe0009582 during AVVI Backup

Hello everyone,

everytime running an AVVI Backup the following error occurs:

0xe0009582 - cannot get the disk changed information

V-79-57344-38274

This backup only contains linux VMs - grt is disabled.

The job log doesn't show any issues at a single vm. Only the error is reported at the end of the log.

It is running about 20 hours so as it should behave.

Every machine is writing data - no machine has "0kb" written or something like this.

We are using Backup Exec 15, the backup destination is a Quantum DXi (OST).

Do you have any ideas?
