I need a solution
Hi guys,
I'm new to this, and I've tried searching but with no real luck. No doubt there will be an article explaining everything that I have missed, but this is really stressing me now.
I have Backup Exec 2010 R3, and it backs up to USB hard drives. So each night I put in a new USB Hard Drive and it backs up.
Anyway, i now need to restore something, for the first time. I connected the USB drive which had the last full backup, select Restore, chose the backup that related to my drive by date stamp, selected the files I wanted, and ran the job...
But it fails with:
Completed status: Failed Final error: 0xe000810d - Physical Volume Library Media not found. Final error category: Backup Media Errors
Restore- MGRWSBSV-79-57344-33037 - Error - Mount failed. Physical Volume Library Media not found. V-79-57344-33037 - Unable to acquire device for the specified pool and media
The article referring to V-79-57344-33037 doesn't offer much help. I just want to simple resotre files fro my USB hard drive where my last backup was completed.
