Backup Exec 2014 discovered server not on domain

My 2014 BU Exec discovered a new server that has never been backed up. This server is not in the domain (nor does the server exist.) My question now is the details about the discovery. Could this be a rouge device? What log can i use to locate when, who or any details about this ghost server?

 Clicking details gives no info. All fields are blank. Unable to establish trust.
