Trouble with logincredentials - Final error: 0xe0009b61 - Backup Exec could not log on to the server with the logon account specified for it. The logon account does not have valid credentials. Ensure that the user name and password are correct in the logo

Do you have a solution/hint for the following problem:

After every 4-6 days a lot of the backupjobs fail with the message:

"Final error: 0xe0009b61 - Backup Exec could not log on to the server with the logon account specified for it. The logon account does not have valid credentials. Ensure that the user name and password are correct in the logon account."
It happens with avvi and with raws-based backups - but not all at the same time..

But the credentials were not changed nor the database corrupt or anything like that.
After a reboot of the BE media server everything works fine...

We're working with a full patched BE2012 SP1a on top of an x64 W2K8 R2 server in a vmware esx environment.
