Hi I upgraded from R2 as I lost all contact with my media servers. This update now gives me access to the back up exec however my agents dont seem to be connecting to my media server. When I push them out it seems that they are installing but when I try to run a back up on them they dont appear under favourite resource or dont seem to be connected. I have 3 agents I have went on to them and try to connect them but this didnt work. So I thought of another idea of uninstalling them and trying to force them to reinstall but when I try and uninstall them it says uninstall failed.
Could somebody please help :( its driving me half mad. It seems ok for the server which the media server is on, It always keeps managing something about logon accounts as well but I am sick to the teeth of googling it and trying it have been doing this for a week now :(
