Full and Differential Backup settings

Our company uses Backup Exec 2014 with last updates. Full backup and differential backup jobs setup to backup on Tape Library and we always run out of cleared tapes because our backup exceed library space. Can we setup this schedule with next settings - full backup goes to Tape Library, differential backup goes to file server?
