BEMCMD get all jobs 'View selection Details' Tab info

I’m new to using BEMCMD and I am trying to get a text file list of all folder path being backed up and excluded file paths.

Normally I would get this info form the following tab in the full job properties. But as I need to do this for all job this is not practical to manually type out this info.

I have tried the following command but this leave out the exculuded files?

bemcmd -o506 -j"Job name"> C:\job.txt

I am using Backup Exec 2010.

Any help would be apprciated.
