Backup Exec 2014 VMware VM backup

Hi there,

I am trying to decide the best way to configure backups for a couple of ESXi hosts I have within a vCenter.

My question is, if I choose to backup by specifying the vCenter server, will the backup data come via the vCenter server? or direct from the host?

I would like to keep the traffic away from the vCenter, and want Backup Exec to take data direct from the host.
