Include Oracle backup into VM server backup job

Hi,

I have a Windows Server 2003 (Virtual Machine) with Oracle 10g2.

I have already setup a backup job to backup the server as VM with GRT enabled for files and folders and another one to backup oracle. In other words I'm using 2 jobs to back up the same oracle resource (AVVI-RAWS)  and the reason I'm using this techique is the need to delete the Oracle archived log files after full or incemental backup completion.

Is there any other way to consolidate these 2 backup jobs into one?
