creating disk space

I am running both Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.5 and BUEXEC 2014 on the same server. I just notice that the space on my C drive is going down pretty rapidly. Are there files that I can delete in order to maintain disk space? Are there also automated ways to have these files(if any) be deleted on a schedule?
