Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows service hung on "Starting" status

Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows service hung on "Starting" status. UAC is turn off already, Reboot many times but no improvement. Any suggestion?

Windows system log Event ID: 7001

The Backup Exec Job Engine service depends on the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows service which failed to start because of the following error:

After starting, the service hung in a start-pending state.

Software version: Backup Exec 2012 14.0 SP4

OS version: Win 2008 R2 with SP1
