Backup exec 2012 job fails as soon as an external drive is plugged in

Hi Everyone,

Currently running Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter with Backup Exec 2012 Version 14.0 Rev. 1798.

Backup exec 2012 is set up correctly and the jobs will complete successfully, however, without making any changes to Backup exec, when i plug in an external drive jobs won't start and current jobs will fail immediately.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If you have, is there a patch to resolve this issue?
