Upgrading to 2014 - Agents

Hi

I am trying to upgrade a client from BEWS 2012 SBS to 2014.

During the initial setup it complains that the Deduplication Option is no longer licensed in this upgrade. You may not remove this license during the upgrade...

I cancelled the upgrade, fired up 2012, and deduplication is not installed?!

How can I uninstall an option to continue, if its not installed in the first place??
