Problem when connect Backup Exec 12.0 Rev.1364 on Server 32-bit to Agent on Win server 2008 R2 64bit

Hi all ,

I met the problem when connect from Backup Exec verson 12.0 Rev.1364 which installed on server win 2003 32bit .When I try connect to Win Server 2008 R2 64bit to select resource for backing up, there is a message  "An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of xxx server.A network connection to the server could not be established" " although I installed Agent 64bit on Win server 2008 64bit.From server 32bit I can ping , and access to folder that has been shared .Anybody help me on this issue ?
