Backup Exec Media Server licensing

Hi, a simple question (I hope) on the not so simple subject of BE licensing: If I have a licensed Media Server do I also need an 'Agent for Windows' license to back up that server itself (and any file shares etc. it may have)? It doesn't host anything that would require an App & DB agent.
