Backup Jobs "Completed with exceptions"

I need a solution

Hello all.

My environment consists of multiple BE2012 SP1 on Win2008 R2 x64 instances, vCenter 5.1 -hosted Windows 2003/2008 VMs, RAWS installed on every single VM instance, and backups made using SAN transport.

My backups always completes with exceptions for the machines pulled off vCenter. Physical machines backed over the network are fine. Also, not all my VMs had such exception -- 3 or 4 virtual machines only. The exceptions are always the same:

V-79-57344-38727 - Backup Exec failed to snap virtual machine '\Path\to\my\virtualmachine' and was unable to collect the necessary metadata to restore individual application items. You cannot perform GRT-enabled restores of application data from this backup.

There is plenty of available space on the LUNs those VMs are stored. I do review the backup log and on those particular VM's Backup Set Summary sections I can see all details about how many files, directories, throughput, exactly as with the others which didn't failed/warned.

Then I try to simulate a restore, and I totally can use GRT on the machine. And I can do a GRT file restore without trouble.

If all appears to be backed up properly, what am I missing?
