I can't do a restore on specific files or folders

Hi,

We have recently upgradet from BE 2010 to BE 2012.

We have to fileservers where users homefolders are. They are recpliceting so the homefolders are on both ouyr fileservers.

Now, I set up backupjobs, both full and inc and it has gone well for a week. Now A users need a folder to be restored.

I tried but I can't see the folders under the d: or e: harddrive.

I have an image that will explain better then me :)

Under Users$ it should be a lot of folders, each for every users. But it's empty. And the backup runs fine, both full and inc runs fine.

I have tried to search for the problem but I can't find anything that helps me. 

This is my last hope :)
