Which Backup Exec licenses do I need?

I am new to Symantec Backup Exec. I am looking for another backup solution.
I have the following IT-environment:

4 Vshpere hosts
1 VCenter host
15 Windows 2008 servers (virtual machines) with the following roles:
- 1 MS Exchange 2010 server with 30 user email boxes
- 2 MS SQL 2008 servers
- 1 File server
- 1 Sharepoint 2010 server
- 1 Domain controller (MS active directory)
- 1 Webserver (IIS)
- 4 Citrix Xenap servers
- 4 Application servers

I would like to backup all above mentioned machines except the 4 Citrix servers:
- File backup
- AD backup
- Virtual Machine backup
- Sharepoint environment backup
- Mailbox backup

What licenses should I buy?
