OST media offline 2010 R3

Hi all, during a tape backup it was queued with the notification "Please insert media 'OST00000478-4BE227920F54126E' into the robotic library by creating an Import media job."

The OST file was created 3 days ago, its in my dedupe directory which is a fixed disk storage but shows offline. I'm attempting to catalog the file but the job bas been queued since the start (5 hours). 

Thoughts, suggestions?
